The Worshipful Company of Farmers is a City of London Livery Company. The principal purpose of the Company is to provide inspiring leadership and management training for anyone engaged in agriculture or other land-based industries. 

The Company organises the Challenge of Rural Leadership course under the tutelage of the Duchy College Rural Business School, and where necessary, offers financial support to delegates to enable them to attend. Our courses are renowned  and highly thought of throughout the industry, with the Challenge of Rural Leadership is now in its 28th edition. 

It is common for delegates to describe their experience on their course as career and life-changing, with many going on to occupy some of the most senior positions in the sector and attributing at least part of their success to their course.
